At Bibs and Binkies Childcare, we are dedicated to providing a happy, safe, and fun learning environment for all children. Set up in the comfort of a home, we ensure that each child feels comfortable and safe with daily routines and schedules.

Catherine White-Phillips 

CEO/ Educator

Catherine is a licensed caregiver with over 15 years of experience in education and child care. She is also a dedicated Sunday school teacher at her church. She is very passionate about children and works daily in providing a safe and nurturing environment for them to grow and learn.
